Aloha, Marsha, and Mahalo (or thank you) for bringing your question to planDisney!
Marsha,
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is one of my favorite resorts at the Walt Disney World Resort and I'm so excited to hear that you'll be visiting very soon. From the lush grounds emulating the South Pacific to the
amazing onsite dining options, this is a special place to return to each day after visiting the parks.
Now, let's dive into your reservation display. Marsha, the "room only" portion indicated that the room you have reserved is not part of a package that includes
tickets. As an
Annual Passholder, my
My Disney Experience account reservation also notes "room only" as we don't need to bundle our room with any tickets. The number 5000 likely indicates an internal booking code or room type because there are no room numbers associated with the number 5000 at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.
If you haven't already done so, make sure to complete that
Online Check-In in advance of your visit. While the Online Check-In helps expedite the check-in process and provides a room assignment, I always like to stop by the Front Desk to grab a map before heading to my room and check out any special offering available during my stay.
Marsha, as you're preparing for your upcoming visit make sure to download the
My Disney Experience Mobile App or make sure you have the most updated version. Through this app, you'll receive your room assignment and you can even
place a Mobile Order at
Capt. Cook's for a quick breakfast stop before hitting the parks.
I hope this helps as you're getting ready for your Magical stay. I'll be wishing on a star that you have a truly unforgettable vacation. Please come on back to your new 'Ohana here at planDisney. Just like Maui, we are happy to help with your wayfinding!
Aloha,
Lauren
