We have a reservation at 6:30pm at Liberty Tree Tavern when there is Mickey's not so scary Halloween party at night. We are not attending it. I saw somewhere that in order to enter the restaurant, you need the event tickets. Even tho we are in MK all day?

Welcome Back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Fei ~

My family loves the Liberty Tree Tavern. The food is traditional, yummy, and great comfort food.

Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP) is a special event that is held on select evenings from 7:00 p.m. - midnight and requires a MNSSHP special event ticket. On the evenings that MNSSHP is held, the Magic Kingdom closes at 7:00 p.m. and only those Guests with the special event tickets are allowed to enter or remain in the park once MNSSHP begins at 7:00 p.m. When Guests enter the Magic Kingdom for MNSSHP, they are given a wristband which easily indicates to Cast Members that they have purchased a MNSSHP event ticket. Cast Members are stationed throughout the park and will ask Guests to show their wristbands. Guests without wristbands are asked to make their way to the exit of the park.

No worries - you will be fine with your 6:30 p.m. reservations at the Liberty Tree Tavern. Relax and enjoy your dinner. If you do not decide to purchase tickets to MNSSHP for that evening, you will need to make your way to the park exit after your meal.

Please feel free to visit us again with all of your planning questions! We are hEAR for you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
