Hey Howdy Hey Steven and welcome to planDisney!
I am so excited to hear you will have the noble experience of dining with royalty in Cinderella Castle on your upcoming holiday. In my opinion, there is no other experience that is quintessentially Disney other than having a meal inside Cinderella Castle! Thank you so much for your question on the specifics of the reservation and access to
Cinderella's Royal Table during the nighttime firework show. Let's get into the process.
You are correct that the area in the front of the castle is roped off before and during the nighttime firework show
Disney Enchantment. If you are walking through Cinderella Castle to get from the hub at the end of Main Street U.S.A. to Fantasyland, the check-in station for Cinderella's Royal Table is at the back end of the castle just before you enter Fantasyland. So when you do check-in for your reservation, you will do so on the side of the Castle that faces Fantasyland. You will still want to arrive 10-15 minutes or so early. You can also
do the check-in process for your reservation online through your My Disney Experience app which is super easy and convenient. Simply get on your app 10-15 minutes before your reservation, tap on your reservation and you should see an option to check-in and let the Cast Members know you are there. Once your table is ready, you should be given a notification through the app to head back to the host stand to be seated.
If you wanted to view Enchantment in a whole new way, my top tip would be to see it from Fantasyland. You will still be able to hear the music and see the fireworks in a whole new light as they light up the sky and Fantasyland. The best part is that most of the crowd is in the front of the Castle so you will have some great opportunities for photos with reduced crowds and a show like no other!
Best of luck as you continue to plan for your holiday later this year. If you have any further questions, please stop back and let us know, we would be happy to help!
Have a Magical Day,
Nick
