Ciao – hello, and welcome to planDisney, Michele!

Congratulations, you are planning to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth, how exciting! I am very happy to hear that you want to enjoy your visit at a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel to enjoy many benefits which will add great convenience to your visit.

Michele, at this time, when booking more than one Disney Resort Hotel Guest Room, you will have to make two separate reservations, which will appear on your Disney account, and which you will be able to manage through the My Disney Experience planning area once you are signed into your Disney account online, or by using the My Disney Experience App.

Another idea would be to consider a Disney Deluxe Villa Resort that offers accommodations for 5 or more Guests with many offering multiple bedrooms, a kitchen and a common living area. If you book accommodations of this type, it will require only one reservation. Some of my favorite Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts are The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort which are near Magic Kingdom Park, and Disney’s Beach Club Villas which are between EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Michele, once booked through the official Walt Disney World Resort website, your reservations will be linked to your account, and you can begin your planning for such important details as, securing your Disney Park Pass – Theme Park Reservations for each day of valid theme park admission and make your advance Disney Dining Reservations up to 60-days before your arrival, and as a benefit of staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, you can book up to 10-nights.

Once booked, please complete your Disney Resort Hotel Online Check-in and also pre-purchase your MagicBands or MagicBand+ devices to access your entitlements and access Disney magic during your visit. As an international Guest, you will be presented with your MagicBands and/or MagicBand+ devices upon check-in at the Front Desk of your Disney Resort Hotel.

When booking a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package that includes your Disney Resort Hotel and theme park admission, you will receive, typically at check-in, your Welcome Folder containing your vacation details, theme park admission cards, and your Magical Extras saving card for discounts on select dining, shopping, entertainment, and experiences.

It was my pleasure assisting you today, Michele and I look forward to helping you further with your planning.

    Best Disney Wishes - Grazie!
