    We have a reservation for 3 people for the special event mickey not so scary and we want to change the booking on 13sep instead of 11sep would the be possible and how to do it? we sent an email already but theres no response.

    I would suggest calling Disneyland Resort Guest Relations to see if they can help move your tickets from September 11 to September 13. It would depend on availability and such if they can even process a request like this since the events usually sell out rather quickly. I’m sure a Cast Member can help you when you though.
