    I have a reservation package on Jan 2-4 Amd I’ve been told I cannot move it to another Date or time, is that true or can I still move it to another daty

    Hi, Laurie!

    I'm so sorry that it sounds like your vacation plans have taken a villainous twist. I've lived that experience and it is not fun!

    If you have booked a Disneyland Resort Hotel Vacation Package then that reservation will be subject to the terms and conditions that were provided when you made the reservation. Those conditions currently state that no changes may be made to your Travel ePackage 4 days or less prior to Guest arrival. The best thing to do is call the Vacation Packages phone number so that a Cast Member can help you with your specific situation.

    Laurie, I am very sorry that you're having to change your plans last minute. That is not how anyone wants to start a new year! I hope you will be able to vanquish this vacation challenge and visit the Disneyland Resort soon!
