Hello, we have a reservation package (booked in January) for June 7th to June 12th at Anaheim Camelot including park tickets for 7 of us ... I was told I couldn't reserve park entrance until February and now it shows no availability for park entrance

    Hi Daniel!

Welcome to planDisney, I'll do my best to help! Theme park reservations can be booked up to 120 days in advance, so if you have a trip planned to Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park on June 7, 2022, you can book those reservations now.

And GREAT NEWS! I just checked the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar, and both theme parks have availability that day! To book a theme park reservation, you will first need to link your theme park tickets to your Disneyland Resort account. You can do this on the Disneyland Resort website or through the Disneyland Mobile app. Once your tickets are linked to your account, you can proceed to book your reservations by logging in to your account, selecting the "My Disneyland" link, selecting the "Ticket and Reservation Details" link, selecting the "Make Park Reservations" link, and then finally selecting the "Book Theme Park Reservation" link. If you're still unable to book your reservations, please try calling the Website Support Team at 714-520-6222. They can help with any website issues you might be having to book your reservations.

And although your trip is still some time away, I wanted to give you a couple of quick reminders. Dining reservations can be booked up to 60 days in advance, so your window will open in April 2022. Popular dining locations tend to book quickly, so I recommend making your dining reservations as soon as your booking window opens! Also, the Disney Genie+ service is a new service that allows Guests to utilize the Lightning Lane entrances for attractions, which will hopefully result in less time spent waiting in line. As you've already purchased your tickets, you’ll have to wait until you enter the theme parks on the day of your visit to purchase Genie+ through the Disneyland Mobile app.

If you have any more questions, we're always here to help!

    See ya real soon!
