Hi! I have a reservation for OKW in February, modified from a June trip. We were able to include more family for February so I need to add three tickets. Will I be able to call on June 24 and upgrade to a package with tickets or do I wait until June 28?

Hey there, Laura! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Laura, I'm happy to hear that you were able to modify your vacation and will be enjoying Disney's Old Key West Resort in February. I have a stay booked there later this year and can't wait to sink my teeth into some Southernmost Buttermilk Chicken at Olivia's Cafe

Now that you'll have even more family to enjoy the Magic with, I have good news! Just like Lighting McQueen getting ready for that flag to drop... start your engines and.... GO! You are now able to call in and add tickets for 2021 bookings and make modifications as necessary to that package. Make sure to leave yourself plenty of time, as you will find longer than normal wait times (on hold) to speak with a Cast Member.  Laura, I modified my own vacation package by calling (407)939-1936

While you are planning ahead, make sure to read all about the new Disney Park Pass system so that you are ready to make those reservations after all tickets have been assigned and linked to your My Disney Experience account.

Laura, I hope this helps as you continue to plan for your next trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth. All of us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel wish you a pixie-dusted stay. Please come back and see us with any other questions you might have,

    Lauren

The options at the Walt Disney World Resort make each trip unique and I am excited to help other families build vacations with those unforgettable moments.
