    I have my reservation numberr and confirmation number but no email of my tickets. What can I do

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I'm sorry you're having issues with your tickets.  If you purchased them directly through Walt Disney World, I recommend calling a specialist at 407-939-7523.  Give them the information you have and see if they can pull up your tickets.  They may be showing up in your My Disney Experience account already, so I would look there if you haven't.  Here is a link to the Walt Disney World Phone Directory in case you need further assistance or different numbers.

    If you are coming to Walt Disney World for a sporting event and purchased tickets through a travel agency, then call that agency to find out what they need to do to get you your ticket information.  Many team travel events are handled by these agencies, so they should be able to help.
