Hey Ray!
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for bringing a question our way!
I completely understand wanting to make sure you have access to your tickets prior to your visit. But, you don’t need to worry about the QR codes. Just make sure your theme park tickets are linked to your
Disneyland Mobile App. If you purchased your theme parks tickets through the App, they should be listed under the “Tickets and Passes” section of the App. If they are not there, you can easily add them. Just tap the ‘+’ symbol in the upper-right-hand corner. Use the “Link Tickets & Passes” button to add each ticket. You may do this by scanning the barcode on your theme park ticket or manually entering the number below the barcode. Your theme park tickets are attached to the email you received as a confirmation of your theme park ticket purchase.
If the members of your traveling party purchased tickets separately, I recommend linking tickets for everyone in your app prior to your arrival at the Disneyland Resort. Doing this will come in handy if you’d like to try to secure a position in a virtual queue for
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance or
WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure. When the time comes to join a virtual queue, any mobile device that has all tickets linked may attempt to join. For more information about this process, please visit the Disneyland Resort
website.
Thank you again for stopping by! We hope to see you again here at planDisney!
