Hi there, Sheila! Wishing you a warm welcome to planDisney. Just a few more sleeps until your arrival in Anaheim! I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your reservation in the
Disneyland mobile app. In order to enter the parks, you will need to show your
ticket, which should have the
park reservation tied to it. You will not need to show a separate QR code or reservation number to enter. You will only need to scan your ticket.
In the
Disneyland mobile app, go to Tickets and Passes to check if you can see your ticket. Then, under Future Plans, check to see if your reservation is listed there. If you can see both your ticket and your reservation, you’re all set. You can scan in at the main entrance gate with that ticket barcode.
If you do not see your ticket, you might need to link it. Under Ticket and Passes, click the “+” in the upper right corner and you’ll see “Link Tickets & Passes.” This will give you the option to enter the ticket ID number.
If this is not working, Hakuna Matata – it means no worries! You should have received an email when you purchased your tickets and can bring that email with you for entrance to the parks.
If you can't locate that email, you can
contact Ticket Services.
Sheila, don’t forget to bring a reusable water bottle with you to stay hydrated! There are refilling stations through the parks.
The magic awaits,
Kamini
