To answer your question, JetBlue should have provided you with a confirmation number for your Disney Resort hotel reservation. When you book through a third-party company like JetBlue, it can take up to 72 hours after booking for your confirmation number to be "linkable" to My Disney Experience. So if you've tried linking your confirmation number and it didn't work, I recommend trying again. If you don't even have the confirmation number, not to fret! Simply call JetBlue to get that information.
Linking the confirmation number for your Disney Resort hotel reservation to My Disney Experience should be a breeze.
