Hello there, Bryanna! Welcome to planDisney!
It sounds like you’re working through a hiccup with your
Magic Key pass payment, and I completely understand—life can get busy, and sometimes those due dates sneak up faster than expected! The good news is that there’s a clear path to get things sorted so you can be ready for your upcoming visit.
In most cases, when a Magic Key monthly payment is missed, the pass is paused fairly quickly. This means you wouldn’t be able to make new
theme park reservations or use your pass for entry until the payment has been successfully processed. It’s also possible that any existing reservations, including your November 17 visit, may have been automatically canceled.
To get everything back on track, I recommend
calling the Magic Key Holders line and speaking with one of the friendly Cast Members there. They’ll be able to help you make your payment when you’re ready and confirm whether your November 17 reservation is still active or needs to be rebooked. If you’ll be nearby before that date, you could also stop by one of the Disneyland Resort ticket booths near the Main Entrance Esplanade for in-person assistance.
Once your payment is up to date, your Magic Key pass should be reactivated pretty quickly, and you’ll be all set to enjoy the parks again!
Bryanna, I hope everything is resolved soon so you can experience the pure joy of
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort—from the twinkling lights of
“it’s a small world” Holiday to the sweet scent of gingerbread drifting from Main Street, U.S.A. It’s such a wonderful time to visit, and I hope your next Disneyland day is merry, bright, and back on track in no time.
Have a magical day!
Cody
