    I have a reservation and need to modify the dates. I have been on hold, sent unanswered emails and can not modify it online. How can I get help?

    Oh no, Hakuna Matata, let’s get your reservations squared away. We appreciate your patience. As you can tell, Mickey and all his Pals are having a very busy summer. They have even recently welcomed back nighttime spectaculars! There’s plenty to see,  from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, so I will be more than happy to help with your reservations so that you can get all your plans figured out.

    To modify your reservation dates, if you are talking about Theme Park Reservations, you will want to cancel your existing reservations and then reschedule them for the new date. You will repeat the same process you did when you originally scheduled your dates. Brian, I do recommend taking a look at the Availability before canceling your existing reservation. You’ll want to make sure there’s availability to visit on your new date, before making any changes.

    As long as there’s availability, and after you’ve canceled and rescheduled, you will be on your way to visiting the Walt Disney World Resort. The good news is, you can make this change on the official Walt Disney World Resort website or when using the My Disney Experience app. Either way, with the wave of a wand, you’ll be good to go.
