Hello Frank and welcome to planDisney, we're so glad you're here!
I'm so sorry to hear about your wife's arm, I hope she is on the mend soon. You are not able to extend the expiration of your ticket, but I do have some good news! Wholly unused and expired Disneyland tickets can be used towards the purchase of a new
theme park ticket. The new ticket purchase must be equal to or greater than the value of the original expired ticket. You can call
Guest Services to speak with a helpful Cast Member who can help you with next steps. Once you have your new ticket, you'll need to make a
theme park reservation for each day you plan to visit the parks.
If you are able to visit the "Happiest Place on Earth" in the coming months, you will not want to miss the
Disney100 Celebration taking place. I highly recommend trying to catch the whimsical
"Magic Happens" parade that takes place at
Disneyland Park, it's hard to not have a smile on your face during the performance! I would also put
World of Color - ONE on your list to explore as well. It is the nighttime spectacular at
Disney California Adventure Park that will take you on an adventure of the daring and brave characters that we know and love!
I hope you and your wife are able to take your trip soon Frank, and if you think of any other questions for your trip, please do not hesitate to
come back and ask!
Have a magical day!
Melissa
