Hi Wilson, and welcome back to planDisney! I’m sorry to hear that you’re not able to get to Disney World next month, but I’d be happy to chat about your options for applying the tickets to your next visit.
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable, but sometimes it’s possible to change your date to a different party, subject to availability. I’d recommend calling the
Tickets and Hotel Reservations phone number, and a Cast Member would be happy to walk you through your options.
Now, you should have more flexibility with your one-day EPCOT ticket. Generally,
the amount paid for an unused, expired ticket can be applied towards the purchase of a new ticket. If the new ticket is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference in cost. In my experience, there isn’t a credit that shows up in your MyDisney account. But when you know the date of your next visit, call the
Tickets and Hotel Reservations phone number, and a Cast Member can help apply the old ticket to your new one.
If you’re able to reschedule your trip to late November and December, it’s my absolute favorite time to be at Disney World! I love seeing the theme parks and resort hotels decked out in festive holiday decorations. Don’t miss
Disney Parks Blog’s preview of the Christmas cheer coming to Disney World later this year!
I hope that you’re able to reschedule your trip to Disney World real soon! And in the meantime, if you have any other questions, we’re always here for you at planDisney.
