    I have a reservation for 2 for the very merry Christmas celebration but do not see it on my app, it is linked to the other persons app but only 1 person shows up not 2. Is there something we can do to fix this before the beginning of November? Thank you

    Hey, Jessica! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for stopping by! I am so excited you’ll soon be visiting Walt Disney World during the holidays and attending Disney Very Merriest After Hours! It will surely be an incredible celebration, complete with sights, sounds, and tastes of all things merry! 
    The tickets for this event are somewhat tricky, as I’ve experienced with my own. The event will not be listed under “My Plans.” Instead, you will find the Tickets under “My Tickets” within your My Disney Experience account. Whoever purchased the tickets would have been asked to assign them to each Guest via their My Disney Experience account, unless you purchased by phone. Therefore, be sure that this step has been completed correctly and that no tickets remain unassigned. If you find that this does not help, simply contact Disney Enchanting Extras via telephone to ask for assistance! The Cast Members will be standing by, ready to help you!
