Hi there, Sylvia! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm so excited that you'll be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth this fall! You'll be delighted to see holiday decor during your vacation, a staple of any November or December trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. Be sure to make your way over to Main Street U.S.A. in
Magic Kingdom Park to see the larger-than-life decorations and feel the holiday spirit come alive with Disney magic! If you're attending
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, you may even catch a Florida snowfall!
Sylvia, I understand that making plans this far in advance can put some Guests in a bit of a pickle. However,
theme park reservations are now required at all four parks in order to enter, so buying tickets upon arrival can be quite the gamble. I'd recommend keeping a close eye on the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar as plans start to become clearer in the months leading up to your stay. If you see that the parks you plan to visit have availability on the days you plan to visit, your sidekick will know that they can purchase a ticket for those dates and tag along for the adventure! As the dates get closer, you'll likely see reservations filling up, so the further in advance you can make some magical decisions, the better!
There is always a chance that theme park reservation availability can change, but it would be incredibly un-magical for your fellow Mouseketeer to show up, just to find out that they cannot enter the park! If planning in advance is just truly not an option, you may want to plan a day or two at your
Disney Resort Hotel or
Disney Springs! Disney Springs can provide you with a full day of fun, from Dole Whip at
Swirls on the Water to some of the best dining and shopping in all of the kingdom!
Have a magical day,
Ashley
