I have a reservation for May 2019. I purchased the hopper pass plus and would like to downgrade to a standard ticket, can I do that?

    Hi Rita!

Thanks for coming to see us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You have picked a great time to visit Walt Disney World Resort because there are so many new things headed to the theme parks this year for Guests to enjoy! Be sure to take advantage of the FastPass+ System so you can make the most of your time in the theme parks. Guests can make three advanced FastPass+ reservations for attractions and entertainment for each of their ticketed theme park days and each reservation will allow them to bypass the reserved attraction's Standby queues.

Standard theme park tickets will allow Guests to visit one theme park per day. Since you have added the Park Hopper Option to your ticket, you will be able to visit multiple theme parks on each day of your trip. Theme park tickets and options are nontransferable and nonrefundable. So while you can upgrade your theme park tickets to add additional days or options to your tickets, unfortunately, you cannot downgrade your ticket to remove the Park Hopper Option. So I recommend that you plan on making the most of your Park Hopper Option during your trip. You can spend the morning of one of your vacation days walking down Main Street, U.S.A. in Magic Kingdom and end your day enjoying the many countries of Epcot's World Showcase!

Let us know if you have additional questions as you continue making plans for your magical vacation. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
