I got a reservation on 18th March as a Vacation package. I wonder I can get an early Check-in Theme Park on the day of the Hotel, on March 18th

    Hi Seongsoo,

Welcome to planDisney! How exciting, your vacation is quickly approaching!

The best way to ask for early check-in is to do mobile check-in on your phone through the My Disney Experience mobile app. On the home screen, if you scroll down a little, you should see a section with your hotel name and the dates of your stay. Click the “Start Check-In Now” button. If you’re not seeing that area, select the three lines in the bottom right corner, choose the “Resort Hotel” box, then select “Start Check-In Now”. From there you’ll, need to re-sign in and then you’ll be able to add a few details about your stay including “Your Resort Arrival” time.

You can choose a time “Before 7:00 AM” or in 30 minutes intervals after 7:00 a.m. Completing your mobile check-in takes only a few minutes and you can do so right now, many days before your vacation. You don’t need to wait until the night before! Since Resort check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., the Cast Members do their best to accommodate early arrivals, but your room might not be ready until after your requested time. In my experience, even if my room isn’t ready at that specific time, it’s usually ready soon thereafter!

If your room isn’t ready by the time you arrive at the Resort and you’d like to head into the Theme Parks, Hakuna Matata. Just head over to Bell Services, and you can leave all your luggage with them. They’ll place your bags in a safe room and give you a ticket. When you return from the Theme Parks, you’ll just hand in your ticket and the Cast Members will give you your luggage! The other great thing about mobile check-in is that after your time in the Theme Parks, once you have your luggage, you can head straight to your room and use the My Disney Experience mobile app as your room key! Just head to the “Resort Hotel” section of the app and under the “My Reservation” tab you should see your room number and “Unlock Door”. You’ll just hold up your phone to the Mickey-shaped box on the door, when you hear the click, you’re ready to enter!
