How exciting that you've made your Walt Disney World reservations! January will be here before you know it and it's such a great time to visit the theme parks. I prefer the cooler Florida months to visit, so January is the perfect time for me.
Guests staying at a
Disney Resort hotel can take advantage of a pre-arrival discount when purchasing MagicBands. To get started, hover over the "
My Disney Experience" tab at the top right of the Walt Disney World website and then click on "
My MagicBands and Cards". Each member of your party will be listed with a "Get Started" button below their names. There are currently a few basic MagicBands that are $9.99 and additional various designs that increase in price.
MagicBand+ is the newest version and has some additional features like lighting up, vibrating and interacting around the parks. My kids love their MagicBand+ bands, especially when we pass a
Disney Fab 50 Character Collection or when we are watching one of the interactive
nighttime spectacular shows at
Magic Kingdom Park or
EPCOT. Inventory is constantly changing, so if you don't see one you like today, check back tomorrow.
