If I have a reservation at Magic Kingdom, leave for lunch and come back, can they turn my re-entry away due to capacity limits?

Hey there Amber and welcome back to planDisney!

It's been a while since we've heard from you and I'm so happy to see another great question of yours come through our queue.

So I'm a huge champion of the rope drop, midday break, and return for the evening strategy at the Walt Disney World Resort. The hottest part of the day will usually find me taking a dip in the pool, eating a meal, or taking a very serious nap. With Theme Park Reservations via the Disney Park Pass System and capacity limits in place, I can see where you'd be concerned. I can't give you a guarantee, but what I can say is that there are historically only a few days a year where capacity is so high that guests are turned away. Disney Resorts Collection hotel Guests armed with their theme park reservations are usually the last to be turned away so if you fall into that category, I wouldn't worry too much.

Amber, I'm wishing you much pixie dust on your next vacation. If you have any other questions, we'd love to see you come back again!

    Happy planning!
