Although Akershus Royal Banquet Hall and the Royal Sommerhaus can both be found in the Norway Pavilion of the World Showcase at Epcot, they are not the same thing.
At
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, you will be able to meet, greet and have photographs taken with several Disney Characters whilst enjoying your meal. Although character appearances are always subject to change, all who attend the royal banquet can expect to meet several of the following Disney Characters:-
Snow White
Cinderella
Belle
Princess Aurora
Ariel
Mary Poppins
Alternatively, you will be able to
Meet Anna and Elsa at Royal Sommerhaus. This character greeting will enable you to meet, greet and have photographs taken with Anna and Elsa (who do not appear at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall).
