Hey there, Michael!
It's great to see you here at planDisney! It's also great to hear that you're making plans for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I also want to give you a big shout out and kudos for making theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system.
When I first read your question about your daughter not being able to view the Disney Park Pass system reservation that you made for her in her My Disney Experience mobile app, my first thought was "hmm." You see, tech geek that I am, I take great delight in helping folks have a better experience with the digital tools they use each day, and this is especially true for Disney Guests and their My Disney Experience app. Nothing puts a Tiggerish spring in my step more than an aha moment of "Yes, I know just how to help. Just click here and tap there and you're all set!" I'll even share here that I tried to recreate the issue you are describing, well, because that's what curious geeks like me do in situations like this.
What I'm not quite certain of is if you made a
Disney Park Pass system theme park reservation for yourself and for your daughter, or just a reservation for your daughter. While I don't know the details of how you added your daughter to your
My Family & Friends List and how you made your theme park reservations, let me offer three quick suggestions in hopes that maybe they'll help.
First, I think it's worth checking that your daughter's My Family & Friends List shows you on her list, and that your own My Family & Friends List doesn't show her name as "Invitation Pending." (Perhaps she needs to accept the invitation?) Next, I think it'd be worth you both checking out the "My Plans" area and the Daily Itinerary on My Disney Experience using the
website version of My Disney Experience to see if anything different displays for you and your daughter compared to the
My Disney Experience mobile app. I can't be certain if either of these suggestions will help, so my best suggestion is to reach out to the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357. The friendly Cast Members on the Help Desk can offer their advice and assistance with your setup and with how your theme park reservations display for you and for your daughter.
Michael, I do hope you found this information helpful, even though I didn't quite have the "aha" moment I was hoping for.
Here's wishing you all the magic in your plans for Walt Disney World Resort!
Jerry
