How can a reservation be linked on multiple accounts, especially for the dinning plan if family member split up and want to use their meals / order on their devices separately.

Hey there, Christina, and welcome to planDisney! This is the perfect place to come when you're planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation and have questions about everything from resorts to restaurants, and parks to pools! My fellow Panelists and I are here and always happy to help!

It sounds like you're planning a wonderful vacation with your family to the Most Magical Place on Earth in just a few short months! Now is a great time to start thinking about all of the amazing dining opportunities you'll have during your vacation. I love to plan one table service meal for lunch or dinner each day that I'll be in the Disney Theme Parks with my family, because we take that time to relax and recharge for the rest of the day. It's great that I can plan these meals 60 days ahead of time by booking an Advance Dining Reservation!

The Disney Dining Plan and Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan are great ways to plan ahead for your vacation. You'll love the ease of ordering, especially when you place a Mobile Food & Beverage Order on the My Disney Experience Mobile App.

Everyone in your party will be listed in your Disney Resorts Collection Hotel reservation, and your dining plan meals, snacks, and refillable resort mugs will be available for you to use beginning on the day you check in. You'll receive them all at that time and you can use them however you like throughout your vacation. When you check in, you'll be able to designate which members of your party can make charges to your room. This includes dining plan charges, and you can track those charges within the Resort Hotel section of your My Disney Experience app - just click on Check Dining Plan to see all remaining meals and snacks along with a list of all previous charges. The meals will be broken down into kids and adult meals, and will be separated by table service and quick service meals when applicable. Anyone with the ability to charge can use the meals and snacks at their discretion, so you do not all need to be together to use your dining plan.

Christina, I'm so excited that you and your family will be using a dining plan during your upcoming vacation. It's a great excuse to try new restaurants and rediscover favorites from previous vacations. If you'd like recommendations on where to find great snacks, meals, and beverages, I'd be happy to help! Please come back to planDisney anytime!

    TTFN! Ta ta for now!
