Bright suns, Christine! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel on your way to the planet Batuu.
Are you ready to live your very own Star Wars adventure at
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge? It would be my pleasure to help you
make the most of your visit to Batuu. I am so glad to hear that you are planning to
make reservations for
Savi's Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers and
Droid Depot. Both of these experiences are a dream come true for any Star Wars fan.
You can expect each of these experiences to take approximately 20-30 minutes, so you may be a bit too rushed if you schedule your reservations only 30 minutes apart. I would recommend leaving a bit more time in between the two reservations, if possible.
There is plenty to see and do in Black Spire Outpost. While you are waiting in between your lightsaber and droid building experiences, you could stop by
Ronto Roasters for a tasty ronto wrap or visit the
Milk Stand to try a refreshing blue milk. I think you will also enjoy exploring the shops found in the marketplace. I love to visit the critters from across the galaxy at the
Creature Stall and browse the unique artifacts found at
Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities.
Of course, no visit to Black Spire Outpost would be complete without embarking on a mission aboard the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy at
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. Speaking of the ship that made the Kessel Run in less than 12 parsecs, be sure to check out the
adventure that some of my fellow Panelists recently had when they took the Falcon for a spin.
Christine, I hope that you enjoy your visit to Batuu. 'Til the spires!
Samantha
