    I have a reservation at Les Chefs De France at april 9th 1:30 pm do you know if chef remy will be out at that time? thanks!

    Hi Jenny - Remy is generally around about four times per day during lunch at Les Chefs de France.  If your reservation is at 1:30, I'm pretty sure you'll have a good chance at seeing him.  I've had lunch at about that time before and Remy visited our table.
