Hi Carrie!
No one frowns at Disney World! The ONLY place where your kiddos may feel out of place (because they aren't allowed!) would be at Victoria and Alberts in the Grand Floridian. Other than that, kids are welcome and are very much the norm in all restaraunts. A meal in the castle is so breathtaking; however, I must admit that dinner is my least favorite experience that is offered. You do get to visit with Cinderella in the lobby, but must say goodbye once you head upstairs. Also, it is quite pricey and the character interaction is only so-so.
If I may offer an alternative, Cinderella's Happily Ever After Dinner in the Grand Floridian is much less expensive and is absolutely fabulous! The menu and reviews for this meal and nearly all others in Disney World, can be found on
www.AllEars.net. The food is delicious and Cinderella and her step sisters are mingling throughout the entire meal. The step sisters are completely hilarious and will keep you laughing at their silly antics. By all means, if your heart is set on eating in the castle, then go for it. Whichever meal you choose, be sure to give Cinderella a big hug from me!!!
Much pixie dust,
Jackie S.
