Hi there, Jakeline!
I’m so sorry to hear about your illness. I hope you can rest and recover well soon!
As for your
theme park tickets, you look for your reservation information by accessing the “Ticket and Reservation Details” link in the “My Disneyland” menu on the Disneyland Resort website. Find your existing theme park reservation on the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page and click the “Cancel Reservation” link. Select the tickets for which you wish to cancel park reservations and confirm your selection. Your tickets will remain linked with your Disneyland Resort account and should continue to show up in the “Tickets and Passes” screen of the
Disneyland mobile app. When you are ready to book new park reservations, simply return to "
My Theme Park Reservations" and select the “Book Theme Park Reservation” link. Your linked tickets may continue to be used to book new reservations as long as they remain valid.
Tony’s Tip: Theme park tickets are
valid until their expiration date or until they are used, whichever comes first. I hope you can return to visit the Disneyland Resort sooner than later. But if your theme park tickets happen to expire before you can use them, you will first need to upgrade to current tickets of equal or greater value. You can check the original ticket expiration information in your ticket purchase confirmation email. Valid tickets linked to your account will show up in the “Tickets and Passes” screen of the Disneyland mobile app. And
theme park reservations may be seen on the “Future Plans” screen of the app.
Jakeline, I am wishing on a star that your health improves and that you may visit The Happiest Place on Earth soon!
~Tony
