It’s a bummer someone in your group is unable to visit the
Happiest Place on Earth as originally planned. But that’s okay,
Hakuna Matata! You don’t need to reschedule everyone’s theme park reservation just because one person will not be able to visit. However, I do recommend that you cancel his/her/their theme park reservation to allow another Guest the opportunity to visit since daily park reservations are limited.
Here’s a brief walk-through to cancel a park reservation on the
Disneyland mobile app:
1)
On the home page of the app, you’ll see “Park Reservations”.
2)
Click on “Manage or Make Reservations>”
3)
Under “My Theme Park Reservations”, click on “Cancel Reservation”. (*Don’t worry, you’re not canceling ALL the reservations by clicking this!)
4)
Go ahead and select “Who Needs to Cancel?” and follow the prompts to make the necessary cancellation for the person who cannot make it on your trip.
