Hello Jamie!
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney! The Disneyland Hotel is my personal favorite, I hope that you and your kids love visiting as much as I do.
While there was a kids club in the past, there are not currently any childcare facilities onsite at the Disneyland Resort Hotels. I'm sorry about that! But I'm happy to share that there
are fun activities just for hotel guests! When you arrive at your hotel you can ask for an activities schedule, or you can
take a peek at the calendar online. In my experience, there are sometimes more activities than the online calendar shows, so make sure you check the calendar they'll give you when you check in!
Our #1 activity at the hotels with our kids is swimming.
The Disneyland Hotel has an amazing set of pools with everything from a splash pad for the tiniest guppies to water slides and a large pool for older kids and adults. It's the perfect place to sit back, order a snack, and enjoy the sunshine for a while! Last week when we were there both my husband and my son caught a nap while my daughter and I enjoyed the pool, so you know the chairs really are comfortable.
The Disneyland Hotel is also full of amazing historical art, photos, and models! I love visiting the lobby of the Frontier Tower to see the model of Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. And don't forget to take advantage of the perks like
Early Entry, it's awesome! Make sure that your
theme park reservations have you in the right park each day if you're planning to go into a park early.
Jamie, I hope you enjoy all the pixie dust and special details at the Disneyland Hotel. Take a ride on the Disneyland Monorail for me!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
