Hi Sarah,
I’m happy to extend warm greetings to you from all of us here at planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your questions. It sounds like you have fabulous ideas for your
Walt Disney World Resort holiday, so let’s get started on how to turn those ideas into reality.
You will love the
Keys to the Kingdom tour at Magic Kingdom Park! It is one of my favorite experiences at Walt Disney World Resort, so much so that I’ve done the tour three times! Every tour experience is a little different depending on the Cast Member leading it and what is happening in the park that day. You will be mesmerized viewing fireworks on the
Ferrytale Fireworks: A Sparkling Dessert Cruise or another fireworks water viewing option. All of these experiences are part of the
Enchanting Extras Collection. Guests from the UK can book Enchanting Extras by calling
Walt Disney World Recreation, specifically the Dining Tours, Recreation line daily from noon to 10:00 p.m., beginning 60 days prior to your check-in date.
Now, the
Disability Access Service (DAS) helps Guests who find waiting in conventional queues challenging due to a medical condition have a more magical vacation. While DAS doesn’t provide immediate
access to attractions, it allows Guests to request a return time comparable to the current standby wait for attractions. Currently, only Guests from the United States and Canada can pre-register using the online live chat option. No worries, the in-person registration process is fairly quick. When you enter the first park of your vacation, stop at the
Guest Relations location just inside the park entrance. If DAS is the appropriate accommodation for your situation, a Cast Member will assist you in making your first DAS selection for rides and attractions, and you will be on your way. DAS will be good for your entire vacation, up to 60 days. Be sure to download the
My Disney Experience mobile app before your arrival to expedite the registration process.
I hope this information helps to make your holiday everything you hope it will be, Elaine. Please let us know if you have other questions or if we could offer more tips to make the most of your holiday!
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
