If you purchased your
tickets separately online, there were a few different delivery options available. You could have selected eTickets or one of three shipping options either via the U.S. Postal Service or FedEx. Depending on the option you chose, delivery could take at least 10 days. If you selected eTicket, you should have received an email with ticket vouchers within 24 hours.
If you booked a
vacation package through the Disneyland Resort website that included overnight accommodations and theme park tickets, your travel documents should have shipped approximately 21 days prior to your arrival date. Also, I was just informed by a Cast Member that your Disney reservation number also acts as your tracking number with UPS. So, I would first check to see if your package is on its way using the UPS website. If your tracking number can't be found or if there are other issues, please call the Vacation Packages Guest Services line at (714) 520-5060 and I'm sure they would be happy to assist.
