It's great to see you here today at planDisney, Ijal! You're in the final countdown until your vacation and I'm glad to be able to answer your question today. Whether you're at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge or
Disney's Wilderness Lodge, you're sure to have a great stay next week.
If you have booked a vacation package through Walt Disney World Resort, meaning that you reserved your
Resort Hotel and theme park tickets at the same time for a bundled price, you should not have to pay any additional fees when you arrive at your resort since your package must be paid off at least 30 days in advance of your arrival. An incidental hold of $100 will be placed on your stored method of payment to cover any charges that you make to your room or your
MagicBand, but this hold will clear after your trip after your account has been settled.
If you have booked a room-only reservation, meaning that you did not bundle your tickets together with your Resort Hotel reservation, you also should not have to pay anything additional when you arrive for your stay. Typically, you do have the option to pay for your room reservation when you check in, but if you have already paid in full and have a balance of zero, you should be good to go without any additional payments.
Parking is now complimentary at Disney Resorts Collection hotels for guests with reservations, so you don't even need to worry about that if you're bringing a car!
I hope this answers your question, Ijal, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
