I have a reservation for June 29 through July 5th. Never stayed at Saratoga Springs and I’m reading the bus wait lines are long. Where is the most magical place for us 4 adults to stay with the most amazing experience

Welcome to planDisney, Betina! Thanks for stopping by to bring us your question! I hope you’re getting so excited as your dates draw closer and closer. It will be here before you know it!

Betina, let me start by saying that staying inside the magic, no matter which Disney Resorts Collection hotel you choose, will be magical. If there is one thing Disney does without fail, it’s paying attention to every little detail. So, if you keep your reservation at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, you will be immersed in a charming, Victorian-style retreat inspired by a classic New York getaway, complete with beautiful views of rolling golf course greens and the sparkling waters of Lake Buena Vista, spacious accommodations, relaxing pools, and a peaceful, resort-style atmosphere that feels like its own little escape within Walt Disney World Resort. You really can’t go wrong. And bonus, you’re right next to Disney Springs

Now, if you’re looking for that iconic Disney stay, I have a few suggestions that are equally magical, with easy access to the parks that might ease your transportation concerns.  So if your goal is to lean into convenience and that “wow, this feels magical” factor, I would point you toward the resorts connected to Magic Kingdom Park and EPCOT.

The monorail resorts like Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, and Disney’s Contemporary Resort make getting to Magic Kingdom incredibly easy, and you also have monorail access to EPCOT. There is just something really fun and special about gliding back to your resort at the end of the night with those park views still fresh in your mind.

Then you have the EPCOT area resorts like Disney’s Beach Club Resort, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, and Disney’s BoardWalk Inn. Being able to walk to EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios or hop on the Disney Skyliner adds such a level of ease, and the atmosphere around Crescent Lake at night is so lively and fun for adults.

So with all that said, this really is such a personal choice. Some guests prefer the peaceful feel of Saratoga Springs, while others love being right in the middle of the action. There really isn’t a wrong answer, just what fits your travel style best.

One little tip I love to share, especially when convenience is a priority, is to use Disney's Minnie Van™ Service through the Lyft app. It’s a paid service, but it can be such a game-changer for getting around quickly and comfortably, especially for things like early mornings, late nights, or resort-to-resort dining.

Betina, no matter where you decide to stay, you’re stepping into a resort that’s designed to make your visit feel special from the moment you arrive. I hope you find the perfect fit for your crew, with just the right balance of comfort, convenience, and that extra sprinkle of Disney magic! And if you need any more tips on adult spots for a nightcap (hello Geo-82) or any planning help, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us. We're always happy to help make your visit extra magical!
