    I had a reservation for june, and I bought 2 magic bands in january with the "pick up at front desk" option. I had to cancel my reservation and then I bought a new package for september. Are those magic bands still at the front desk of my hotel?

    My best advice regarding the bands would be to see if there are new bands matching the description of the ones you purchased previously within your My Disney Experience Account. If you see new bands listed there that you do not recognize, it could be the ones previously purchased. Otherwise, I think the next course of action would be to call Disney Reservations and inquire about the bands. Hopefully, they can let you know that they’ve processed a refund or will be able to do so over the phone. If so, I hope you can feel confident in ordering new ones that you will love as much or even more!
