Without knowing the specifics of your
Theme Park ticket, I do have a couple of factors that may help understand your ticket and the
reservation process. My first question for you is, how many days are you planning on visiting. It does sound like you may have
a tiered 1-Day ticket that may impact the days you can visit. Since 1-Day tickets are divided into tiers, you might be trying to schedule your visit on a date that isn’t included with your current ticket.
The good news is, you can upgrade your existing ticket, if you do decide to use it for a day on which it is not valid. You’ll want to go ahead and complete your upgrade at any
Disneyland Resort Guest Relations location, some limitations may apply. If you would rather not upgrade your ticket, then you’ll want to select a new date to visit that is included with your current ticket.
