Aloha, Ruth!
Welcome Home and welcome to planDisney! How exciting that you are heading to Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa next spring. Ruth, I just came back from Aulani, and when the magic of Disney meets the spirit of Aloha, it is pure paradise! There's no place I'd rather be than riding the Hawaiian roller coaster ride in Hawaii.
Ruth, at Aulani,
dining reservations can be made beginning 30 days from the date of dining. We went in August and we were still able to make dining reservations while on the property. However, I would recommend making them as far out as you can to ensure your vacation is how you want it to be.
For the
KA WA'A Luau, you can make those reservations between 4-6 months in advance of your desired date. I say between 4-6 months because the window has changed and I received different answers when I inquired directly with Aulani. However, if you do not find availability online, you can call the Holoholo Desk and they may be able to find a reservation for you even if it doesn't show availability online. I secured our family's reservation this way.
Regarding the
excursion to Pearl Harbor, you can make this reservation online or through the Holoholo Desk. However, it is operated by an Independent Agent that picks up in Ko Olina (many of the tour operators won't pick up there, so this is one of the ones that does.) So the window for booking is a bit different. Currently, according to the Aulani site, this excursion is operated by Pleasant Activities and looking at their site, it looks like they are only booking through March 8, 2024 as of now. So I recommend marking your calendar for a month from now and calling the Holoholo Desk at Aulani to see if they can book for you. Alternatively, you can book online
through the Aulani site or call Pleasant Activities directly at (808) 674-6320 from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Hawai'i Time daily.
I hope this helps you, Ruth! If you have any more questions about your Aulani trip, stop back and see me. Here at planDisney, we are your vacation planning 'ohana. 'Ohana means family and that means nobody gets left behind!
