I love that with
My Disney Experience account, Guests can make new plans, modify them if needed, and it’s a great way to keep plans organized! I’m happy to help you locate your current reservation.
Please open your
My Disney Experience Mobile app and select the three horizontal lines on the bottom right screen. You will then want to choose
Future Plans from the menu, as this is where your plans for March should be. If for any reason, your plans are not there, we can try linking your reservation to your account. To do this, please head back to the home page, then select the three horizontal lines again. Next, you will want to scroll down until you see
Link to Account and select it. Then, on the top menu, please choose
Type ID and add your reservation information here.
If this still doesn’t seem to work, I recommend you call the Internet Help Desk so a friendly Cast Member can look into your account. You can reach them at 407-560-CHAT (2428).
With your My Disney Experience Mobile app, you can utilize the new complimentary
Disney Genie service, which can help you create a personalized itinerary. For an additional cost, you can add the
Disney Genie+ service, which allows Guests to make Lightning Lane selections and zip through the Lightning Lane queues on these attractions!
