Hi, before I make a reservation, I'd like do know if the Disney's Pop Resort allow on-line orders to be delivered at the hotel ? Thanks in advance

Hi Eunice! You are coming from a long way and can understand why you want to know exactly what you are allowed to do with the resorts.

I am not sure if you are referring to food deliveries or some other purchase you make on line and then want it shipped to the resort. If you are making an order from a company on line and wish to have it delivered to your resort there are a few things you need to know. Many of the resorts are now charging a $5 Handling Fee for each box shipped to you at the resort. This is still much easier to ship things ahead.  You must also be sure when shipping to the resort that the resort name is in the address, the name the reservation is under, and the word GUEST is clearly printed. It is also suggested to include the arrival date under the Guest name.  Try not to send anything too early and a week to ten days is best. When you check-in tell the cast member you have a package or packages that were shipped to the resort for you and they can retrieve them.

If you are considering ordering groceries through an on line company you can certainly do this as well at all Disney resorts. The most popular is gardengrocers.com which you can find on line and then read through the choices and make your selections. You then pick a date for delivery. Just remember that the rooms have very small refrigerators and they are not ones that cool down like your refrigerator at home so be careful of perishables.
