When you held your upcoming
Walt Disney World Resort vacation, your confirmation email included your Grand Total and the Deposit Payment Due date (along with the Final Payment Due date).
The good news is that reservation payments can be made online. First, be sure to link your reservation to your
My Disney Experience account, and then you will be able to make those payments, modifications, or cancellations online. Log into your My Disney Experience account. At the top of the page, you will see your "plans & tickets," and from there, you will be able to
link your reservation and proceed through the process by entering your last name and the confirmation number provided in your email confirmation. Once your reservation is successfully linked to your account, you'll see an option to "Make a Payment" at the top of the page, but try refreshing the page if you do not see the option. If that does not work, definitely call (407)827-7166 with your valid form of payment and speak with a cast member who will be able to assist you.
