We have a 8:05 reservation at H&V at Hollywood, park opens at 9:00. We are staying at BC, will the friendship boat be running from Beach Club over an hour before park opens? I am guessing we need to head over there around 7:30ish? Thanks!!

Hi Abby,

It would be wise to check with the Cast Members at the Guest Services desk at your home resort regarding your early morning reservation at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Stop by the day before your reservation to see if they recommend taking the boat or if there is an alternative option such as a complimentary bus for Disney guests heading to breakfast. The options can vary from day to day.

Personally, I would walk 30 minutes from Disney's Beach Club Resort to Disney's Hollywood Studios if the weather is pleasant. I've done this several times. If the weather isn't cooperating, I would grab a cab for the quick and inexpensive ride to the park. That's the most time-efficient way to reach your reservation in time.
Either way, plan to enter the gates at Disney's Hollywood Studios no later than 7:45 am.
