Hi Holly,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! How exciting to have a reservation for dinner at
Be Our Guest Restaurant!
Based on my experience, I do believe you are going to be pressed for time to find a decent viewing spot for the
Happily Ever After fireworks. Keep checking to see if any reservation time a little earlier becomes available. If you cannot modify the reservation to an earlier time, I would suggest that you arrive a little early. Prior to your arrival, review the
dinner menu and make sure everyone in your party knows what to order so that you can order your entire meal as soon as your server arrives. On our last visit, we had to leave early, so we took our desserts to-go.
If the fireworks start at 8:00 p.m. and you cannot change your dinner reservation time, I encourage you to be outside of the restaurant, looking for a viewing spot by 7:15 p.m. if possible. If you can modify the dining reservation to an earlier time, secure your fireworks viewing spot an hour prior to the show. My girls and I love to watch the show from directly in front of Cinderella Castle so we actually secure our spot an hour and a half prior to the show. The projections, narration and music are simply inspiring.
Holly, whatever you do, keep the reservation you have for Be Our Guest Restaurant until you can find another available time. This is one of our favorite restaurants and the enhanced dinner experience is amazing. Also, do not forget to get a photo with the Beast before you leave!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
