What is the reservation guarantee and how much is the cancellation policy at The Crystal Palace? I can't findany information on it. Thanks!

    Hi Olivia!

I absolutely love the Crystal Palace.  The food options at the buffet are expansive, so there's something for everyone.  Plus, it's so fun to visit with Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, and Piglet.  They even do a parade for the children that loops around the restaurant!

Your question about the reservation guarantee is a good one.  Basically, Disney asks for a credit card to guarantee reservations at certain restaurants, the Crystal Palace being one of them.  This is typically done at the signature dining restaurants as well as the restaurants with character dining experiences.

If a party does not show up for their reservation, a fee of $10 per person on the reservation will be charged to their credit card.  The same fee structure applies if a reservation is cancelled within one day of the reservation.

For the restaurants that require a credit card guarantee, your card is not charged at the time you make your reservation unless you're booking a reservation at a restaurant that requires you to pre-pay (e.g. Cinderella's Royal Table).

I hope that helps and I hope you have some awesome dining experiences during your upcoming vacation!
