Where or how can I make a reservation for a group of 10+?

Hi, Carina! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for sharing your question with us.

If you are looking for assistance booking tickets and hotel rooms for your large group then I’d suggest calling the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and Tickets line to speak with a friendly Cast Member. If you believe you’ll need more than 10 rooms for your group, then you’ll want to speak with someone at Group Reservations. They’ll be able to help you find the type of tickets and accommodations that meet your group’s needs.

If you’re trying to make dining reservations for your large group, then there are a couple of different options. You can call (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463 and a Cast Member can help you make dining reservations. You can also make dining reservations yourself online, but keep in mind that some restaurants are better suited for large groups than others. If you are having trouble finding reservations for your group, try booking two tables for the same time or within a few minutes of each other. On the day of your reservation, talk to a Cast Member at the host stand about an hour beforehand to see if your group can be seated together.

For large group dining I recommend Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue at Fort Wilderness Resort, Whispering Canyon at Wilderness Lodge, ‘Ohana at Polynesian Village Resort, and Biergarten at EPCOT. Not only do they have larger dining rooms to accommodate larger groups, but they tend to have a bit more rambunctious and rowdy vibe, which is often a better fit for big groups.

I hope this information is helpful in your vacation planning, Carina. Pop right back if you have any other questions or need any recommendations. Your planDisney pals are here to help!

    Magical travels!
