Hi Adrienne and welcome to planDisney!
Thanksgiving at Walt Disney World is such a fun time to visit! The holiday decorations will be up, which makes walking down Main Street U.S.A. extra magical. It's my favorite season to visit the parks.
Theme Park Reservations are still currently required when visiting any Walt Disney World theme park. Since you will be visiting during one of the busiest times of the year, I highly recommend making your reservations as soon as possible. If you already have your tickets purchased and linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can do this now. After taking a look at the
park reservations availability calendar, it appears that the entire Thanksgiving week is available at all of the parks, but that will change the closer we get to November. If you make your park reservations now and decide to switch up your plans later, you can modify your existing reservations at any time, based on park availability.
If you are interested in making
Disney dining reservations, you can do so 60 days prior to your arrival. Certain reservations may be harder to get since it's a busy week at Walt Disney World, so have an idea in mind of where you would like to eat prior to that 60 day opening window. When we visit EPCOT as a family, we love to eat at
Biergarten Restaurant in the Germany Pavilion or
Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria in the Italy Pavilion. If you're looking for character dining,
Garden Grill Restaurant in The Land Pavilion is such a fun restaurant. It slowly rotates in a circle and you get to visit with Chip, Dale and their friends. The cheesy potato casserole at breakfast is so delicious!
Please stop back by if you have any additional vacation planning questions.
Have a magical day!
