Hello! We have an 8am Reservation at Garden Grill. Staying at Pop. Will bus transportation be available or will we have to take a Minnie Van? Are the Minnie Vans wheelchair accessible?

    Hi Danielle,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question. It’s wonderful to see you again!

Although bus service to Walt Disney World Resort’s Theme Parks begins an hour before their scheduled opening, there are usually “breakfast buses” that start running even earlier, especially for Guests with early dining reservations. My recommendation would be to ask the Lobby Concierge at Disney’s Pop Century Resort about what the schedule will be the day before your dining reservation and what your transportation options are for heading to Epcot for your 8:00 am dining reservation at Garden Grill Restaurant.

Although bus transportation will likely be available, it may take an hour or more for you to get to Epcot that early in the morning. For that reason, I would highly recommend using the Minnie Van Service instead.  Although this transportation option may not be complimentary, it likely represents a quicker route to breakfast… which means a couple of extra minutes of sleep! Plus, Minnie Van vehicles can accommodate Guests with standard wheelchairs, motorized vehicles and electric conveyance vehicles (ECVs), though you may have to wait a little bit longer for an accessible Van.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
