    Hi!! If I make a reservation for the garden grill for dinner at 8pm, would I be in time for Illuminations? Can I see it from the restaurant?

    Hi Elba!

    The Garden Grill at Epcot is a fantastic character dining experience!  We celebrated my son's 1st birthday there 7 years ago, so I have a special place in my heart for this restaurant.  The Garden Grill is an indoor restaurant located on the middle level inside The Land, so you will not be able to view IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth from inside.  If IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth is at 9:00PM on that night, you will be cutting it very close.  Since The Garden Grill is served family style, you can get through your dinner pretty quickly, depending on how fast you eat how quickly the characters stop to visit, although I wouldn't suggest rushing.  If at all possible, change your reservation time at at least 7:30PM to give yourself a little extra time to enjoy your dinner and make it out to the Lagoon to view the show.
