We have a reservation at Galaxy’s Edge, in Disney World 10/14 to build light sabers. Will we be able to get in to Galaxy’s Edge if it is at capacity? The reservation is for 9:00 PM, will we have to wait for very long before starting?

    Bright Suns, Shana!

How exciting that you were able to get a reservation at Savi's Workshop on your upcoming trip to Batuu this year. I hear that October is one of the best months of the Galactic Standard Calendar to visit Black Spire Outpost! With all of the exciting news surrounding the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disney's Hollywood Studios this month, it's a great idea to solidify your plans now and figure out all the final details, like what to do if the land closes to new guests due to capacity.

I'm pleased to tell you that with your reservation at Savi's Workshop, as well as with reservations at Droid Depot and Oga's Cantina, you will be given access to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge up to an hour before your reservation time, even if new guests are not being admitted at the moment. That will give you a chance to have a look around before you check-in for your reservation no earlier than 15 minutes in advance. The "Gatherers" are very prompt, so make sure you're there on time because late arrivals may not be able to be accommodated. Remember that Black Spire Outpost is under heavy surveillance by the First Order, so be on the lookout for Stormtroopers on patrol! Savi's Workshop is well-hidden since the Resistance are working under the cover of total secrecy, so ask some local merchants or Batuu residents about where to look for "scrap metal" if you're having trouble finding where you need to go.

    'Til The Spire, Shana!
