Welcome back to planDisney, I'm so glad to be connecting with you again! I hope that you're getting so excited for your upcoming arrival! Be sure to bring your sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses. Our UV index has been getting stronger throughout the days down here, and you'll want to make sure that you have protection so you can enjoy your theme park days! (If you happen to forget anything, the gift shops at the hotels are always stocked with necessities.)
Within your
My Disney Experience App, Sara, select the "≡" option on the bottom righthand corner, scroll down to "My Visit" and select the "Future Plans" option, then select the blue "View Room Details" option under your Resort Reservation information. Once you're on the Reservation Detail page you should see the "Room Type" section. There you will see what kind of room you have reserved.
If that is not giving you enough information, I recommend looking at your confirmation email that you should have received after booking your
Disney Hotel. If you still cannot find that information, Sara, you should either call the Resort (you'll be able to do that directly from the app on the Reservation Details page I guided you to above -- the button says "Call Resort Hotel"). You can also talk to a Cast Member that can help you within the "Chat" function on the App. Get to that by selecting the "≡" button again, scroll all the way down to the "Help & Feedback" option, then select the "Chat With Us" banner. A Cast Member there will be able to help you gain specific information when you provide your confirmation number and other details to them.
